What We Believe
WE BELIEVE that there is One God and Father, Creator of heaven and earth, who is Spirit, Eternal, Undivided, Almighty, Omnipresent and Omniscient. He is holy, righteous, loving, true and faithful. He alone is worthy of our worship.WE BELIEVE that God exists in three persons – Father, Son and Holy Spirit – each of whom are equally worthy of worship and exist in complete unity.
WE BELIEVE in the Lord Jesus Christ, completely God and completely man, the only Savior of all sinners. He was crucified for us, He died and was buried, and He was resurrected on the third day according to the Scriptures. He ascended into heaven and will return in glory in order to judge both the living and the dead in the last day.
WE BELIEVE that man is justified before God only by grace through living faith in Jesus Christ, which is demonstrated by love.
WE BELIEVE in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, as a distinct experience from new birth, which inaugurates the manifestation of the ministries and gifts of the Spirit.
WE BELIEVE that the Church of Christ consists of true, born again and repentant believers, who confess that Christ is Lord. The Head of the Church is Christ alone.
WE BELIEVE that the sacraments of the Church of Christ are water baptism and Holy Communion.
WE BELIEVE E that the Bible is the inspired revelation of God's will for all people and that it is the perfect guide to faith and the godly life. We accept that the Old Testament consists of 39 books and the New Testament consists of 27 books, totaling 66 books recognized as canonical.
WE BELIEVE that the only true foundation for Christian fellowship is the love of God (agape), without which we cannot call ourselves Christians. This love is greater than all differences that exist between people.
WE BELIEVE that we should worship God with our intellect. For this reason, we give primacy to the Bible, which teaches us to worship in accordance with His will.
